SubjectOne small board. One useful start.

Hi Alex,

Start with one piece of work your team already needs to do. Add it to a board, then invite the person you’ll work on it with.

A plan with current state

Email should help with the
next unfinished step.

A calendar can say when a message is due. Your product state decides whether it still belongs.

01

Start from a real outcome

Name the useful result, the person who can act and the next missing step.

Confirmed brief
02

Check what is true now

Recheck role, completion, payment, permission and suppression before delivery.

Typed rules
03

Stop when the job is done

Completion, cancellation, unsubscribe or unknown state can make the original nudge wrong.

Explicit exits

Your existing email comes first

Preserve what already works.
Question what overlaps.

Before recommending more automation, the source-aware review inventories the messages already associated with your app—along with the evidence and unknowns behind them.

  • Existing copy remains separately owned.
  • Partial or uncertain overlap blocks additions.
  • Not-seen never silently means deleted.
  • Zero new messages is a valid result.

Research with useful limits

Evidence for the decision.
Not a promise of the outcome.

The library combines first-party documentation, implementation guidance and practical lifecycle analysis. It can support why a pattern belongs. It cannot prove that one email caused a conversion.

  1. 1

Founder approval stays in the browser

There is no agent approval tool.

  2. 2

Your agent works in your environment

Sequenced does not receive repository access.

  3. 3

    Tests come before live sending

Duplicates, completion, permission, suppression and uncertain delivery are explicit scenarios.

Frequently asked

What founders need to know before they start.

The useful answer first, with the operational boundary kept intact.

What does Sequenced create?

Sequenced creates a product-specific lifecycle email plan: prioritized journeys, original email copy, recipient and timing guidance, send and stop rules, evidence, assumptions, and an implementation handoff.

Does Sequenced send email to my customers?

No. Sequenced plans and packages the work. Your application and email provider remain responsible for customer identity, current state, permission, delivery, suppression, and activation.

Can Sequenced account for emails I already have?

Yes. The app-flow review can inventory existing automations and available copy, preserve reviewed coverage, and block new work when overlap is unresolved. Source findings are reported evidence, not proof that a message is live.

Can a coding agent implement the plan?

A coding agent can inspect your authorized repository, consume an exact human-approved package, prepare reviewable changes and run tests. It cannot approve its own work or activate sending through Sequenced.

How much does Sequenced cost?

The diagnostic is free with no card. The approved full product plan is $79 once per product, with a $49 founding price for the first 20 purchases, plus the external provider and implementation costs you control.

What happens after the 30-day refinement window?

Your saved plan remains available to read, edit manually and export while your account and purchase remain active. The bounded AI refinement allowance ends and there is no automatic subscription renewal.
