What we process
We process your account email and authentication records, the product URLs and descriptions you provide, public pages read for your request, confirmed product briefs, generated plans, edits, job status, minimized app-flow evidence you choose to submit, coverage decisions, approval records, agent-reported implementation results and limited usage/security records. Payment information is handled by Stripe; Sequenced stores purchase identifiers and entitlement status, not your complete card details.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, generate and save your plan, enforce the purchased scope, provide exports and authorized agent access, respond to support requests, handle payments and protect the service. Do not include customer lists, health records, passwords, API keys or other unnecessary personal information in product descriptions or prompts.
Service providers
Google Cloud and Firebase provide hosting, authentication, storage, job processing and Vertex model generation. Your supplied product context and selected research are sent to Vertex to generate your requested result. Stripe processes payments when enabled. Resend provides service notifications when enabled. These providers may process information in multiple jurisdictions.
Our application and database are based in the Netherlands; the generation endpoint uses Google’s EU multi-region and the task queue is in Belgium. This is not a promise that every authentication, billing, support or infrastructure operation occurs exclusively in the EU.
Cookies and browser storage
We use a secure session cookie and Firebase authentication storage to keep you signed in. A session normally lasts up to five days. We do not currently use advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. Fonts are served by Sequenced.
Retention and deletion
Your saved work remains available while your account is active, subject to the purchase terms. You can request account or product deletion. Deleted content is removed from active access immediately and scheduled for removal within 30 days. Limited payment, fraud-prevention or legal-compliance records may be retained where needed; deleting your account does not erase records Stripe must retain independently.
App-flow evidence retention
Current and approved app-flow reports and packages remain with the active product. Superseded unapproved flow drafts expire after30 days; implementation reports and notification/security event records use a90-day cleanup threshold. Temporary daily usage counters use a30-day threshold. Cleanup runs in bounded scheduled batches. Billing records and client-registration configuration are retained separately for operations and applicable obligations. Account or product deletion includes the associated flow artifacts.
Agent access
Access is limited to the product you authorize and the permissions shown during consent. Existing saved-plan-only grants are read-only. Additional explicit scopes can submit flow drafts, stage choices, request allowed generation and record implementation reports. Agents cannot approve their own work or send customer email through Sequenced. You can revoke a grant. Revocation prevents future access through that grant; it cannot recall files already downloaded by you or an authorized agent.
Your choices and rights
You can correct product details, export saved work and request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including objection, restriction or a complaint to a relevant authority. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
