Preserve what already exists

See the emails you already have before adding more.

Inventory existing automations, available copy, triggers, recipients, provider evidence and unknowns; compare each proposed addition and block unresolved overlap instead of silently replacing customer work.

In plain language

Sequenced treats existing email as its own inventory, not as generated-plan copy. Reviewed existing messages stay preserved while new recommendations must prove they do a different job.

What is inside

Specific enough to review.
Bounded enough to trust.

Every part has a customer job and a visible limit.

01

Inventory independently

Separate existing automation from new recommendations and retain its ownership.

Provider instances

Record detected providers and source evidence without turning detection into readiness.

Automations and variants

Capture triggers, recipients, timing, available copy, environment and implementation evidence.

Reported operation status

Connected code paths, partial wiring, templates and unknown production state remain distinct.

02

Compare every addition

Require explicit review against the messages already associated with the product.

Existing and recommended together

Filter by existing, recommended and needs-review while grouping messages by product stage.

Conservative overlap rules

Missing or partial evidence blocks additions; disjointness requires expressible current-state contradictions.

Reviewable rescans

Added, changed and not-seen findings are visible without assuming a missing item was deleted.

03

Preserve the handoff

Carry exact existing ownership into the package the implementation agent receives.

Preservation contract

Approved packages name existing automation IDs, reviewed relations and selected additions.

Scoped inventory reads

Project-bound dashboard, REST and MCP reads share immutable snapshot versions.

No automatic migration

Sequenced never disables, edits or moves an existing customer automation automatically.

How it moves

One careful decision
at a time.

  1. 01

    Find existing automation

Inspect relevant code and provider references within the authorized source scope.

  2. 02

    Review evidence and overlap

Keep available copy, gaps, unknowns and every proposed relation visible.

  3. 03

    Preserve it in the package

Bind reviewed ownership and additions to the exact approved revision.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered clearly.

The useful answer first, with the operational boundary kept intact.

Will Sequenced modify my existing emails?

No. Existing automations are read-only inventory evidence. Sequenced does not disable, rewrite, migrate or activate them.

What does connected mean in an inventory?

Connected means the source report found the required producer, recipient and send paths, plus a scheduler for scheduled messages. It is still reported evidence and does not prove that production delivery is active.

How does Sequenced prevent duplicate automation?

Every proposed addition must be compared with inventoried automation. Partial, missing or unsupported overlap evidence blocks the addition until the scope can be reviewed safely.

Can I export the inventory before buying?

Yes. Inventory review and snapshot-bound JSON or Markdown export are available before purchase. If existing coverage is enough, no plan generation is required.
