From approved plan to reviewable changes

Give your coding agent the exact approved package.

Bind a saved plan revision, reviewed product flow, existing-email preservation and provider requirements into an immutable package that an authorized coding agent can verify before preparing customer-side changes.

In plain language

Sequenced prepares an exact implementation contract and tested reference runtime. Your agent adapts it in your repository, your team reviews it, and live sending stays disabled until you explicitly activate it.

What is inside

Specific enough to review.
Bounded enough to trust.

Every part has a customer job and a visible limit.

01

Approve an exact package

Make the copy, rules, source scope and preservation boundary immutable for handoff.

Exact revision binding

The package identifies the saved plan, approved coverage, source digest and selected rules.

Human package approval

The signed-in founder reviews exact copy and conditions; there is no MCP approval tool.

Stale-package detection

Changed source, coverage or plan blocks a current-package read until renewed review.

02

Hand off with bounded authority

Let an agent retrieve only the product and actions the founder consented to.

Project-scoped permissions

Discovery, generation, paid reads and implementation reporting remain explicit scopes.

Portable package and skill

Use downloaded JSON/Markdown and the versioned skill without granting repository access to Sequenced.

Attributed implementation report

Agent results remain reported and cannot mark delivery independently verified.

03

Prepare customer-side delivery

Reuse the customer’s own authoritative state, identity, queue and provider configuration.

Named pilot target

The executable reference targets a Node backend with Firestore, Cloud Tasks and Resend.

Delivery safety scenarios

Test duplicates, reordered events, completion, permission, suppression, quiet hours and ambiguous provider outcomes.

Activation stays off

The reference runtime and skill do not provision or activate live customer sending automatically.

How it moves

One careful decision
at a time.

  1. 01

    Approve the exact revision

Review copy, conditions, preservation and provider requirements in the browser.

  2. 02

    Verify the source baseline

Your agent checks the declared relevant files and current customer stack.

  3. 03

    Prepare, test and review

Implement with live sending disabled, run meaningful scenarios and review remaining blockers.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered clearly.

The useful answer first, with the operational boundary kept intact.

Does Sequenced write to my repository?

No. Sequenced stores and serves the approved package. Your authorized coding agent works inside your environment and prepares changes for your review.

Which implementation stack is supported first?

The executable pilot target is a Node backend with Firestore, Cloud Tasks and Resend. Other stacks and providers may be detected, but they return explicit blockers rather than a compatibility promise.

Does package approval activate customer email?

No. Package approval authorizes a handoff, not sending. Provider credentials, domains, customer data, current-state resolution, preferences, suppression and final activation remain in the customer environment.

What should the implementation tests cover?

At minimum: duplicate and reordered events, current completion, billing and role changes, missing identity or variables, suppression, quiet hours, provider timeouts, stale tasks and uncertain delivery outcomes.
