From product facts to useful email

A lifecycle email plan built around your product.

Turn a confirmed product brief into a prioritized lifecycle roadmap with original copy, recipient guidance, timing, send and stop rules, evidence, assumptions, and editable saved revisions.

In plain language

What is inside

Specific enough to review.
Bounded enough to trust.

Every part has a customer job and a visible limit.

01

Ground the plan

Start with what is known, confirm what matters, and keep unsupported details visible.

Confirmed product brief

Audience, commercial model, useful first result, features and assumptions stay reviewable.

Bounded public evidence

Read up to three relevant public pages or use a founder-supplied description when the website is unavailable.

Research rationale

Recommendations identify the reviewed patterns and source cards that informed them without claiming measured lift.

02

Write what is useful

Give each message a recipient, purpose, current-state rule and verified destination.

Prioritized roadmap

Use fewer journeys when they are enough; limits are ceilings, not message-count targets.

Original copy

Subjects, previews, bodies and calls to action use confirmed product language and visible assumptions.

Send and stop rules

Timing, eligibility, completion, permission and suppression requirements travel with the copy.

03

Keep control

Review changes before applying them and keep the exact revision used for handoff.

Manual editing

Edit copy and timing without spending an AI allowance.

Reviewed proposals

AI refinements remain unapplied until you compare and accept them.

History and export

Saved revisions, undo, Markdown, JSON and read-only agent access refer to explicit plan versions.

How it moves

Frequently asked

Questions, answered clearly.

The useful answer first, with the operational boundary kept intact.

What is included in a lifecycle email plan?

A saved plan can include prioritized journeys, original copy, recipient and timing guidance, send and stop rules, variables, destinations, evidence, assumptions and implementation requirements. The plan only includes messages justified by the agreed scope.

Will every plan contain 40 emails?

No. Eight journeys and 40 emails are maximums, not targets. A smaller set of useful messages is the intended result when the product does not need the full limit.

Can I edit the generated copy?

Yes. Manual edits create saved revisions and do not consume AI refinement allowances. Proposed AI changes stay separate until you review and accept them.

Does a saved plan prove the emails are installed?

No. A reviewed or exported plan is planning evidence. Customer-side implementation, provider configuration, controlled tests and live activation are separate stages.
