Terms of service

These terms govern Sequenced, operated by BoostYard LLC, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States.

The service

Sequenced helps you plan lifecycle email automation and create draft copy. It is not your email delivery platform, legal adviser or a guarantee of conversion, revenue or regulatory compliance. You are responsible for reviewing product facts, copy, permissions, recipient eligibility and implementation before use.

Your account and inputs

Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure. You must have authority to provide submitted information and use any linked product material. Do not submit secrets, unauthorized customer lists or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Do not use the service for spam, phishing, unlawful discrimination, impersonation, abuse or attempts to access another account.

Free and paid scope

One completed free diagnostic is available per account. A full-plan purchase covers one product, one audience, English copy and one provider implementation path. The maximum scope is eight journeys and forty emails; the plan may contain fewer where appropriate.

The 30-day AI refinement period begins with the first successful delivery of your full plan and includes up to three full-plan refinements and thirty individual-email rewrites. Successful proposals count toward their allowance even if you choose not to apply them. A failed generation does not consume a completed-refinement allowance.

Payment and continued access

The standard one-time price is $79, with a $49 offer for the first twenty purchases. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before checkout. There is no automatic renewal. After the refinement period, your saved plan remains readable, manually editable and exportable while your account and purchase remain active. A refund or payment reversal may revoke paid access.

Your work and third-party material

As between you and BoostYard LLC, you retain rights in your inputs and may use the generated drafts and your edits for your business. Outputs may not be unique. This does not grant rights in third-party source material, trademarks or other protected content. Research citations provide context, not a license to copy source campaigns.

Agents and implementation

You control which product an agent can read and can revoke access. An implementation agent operates under the separate permissions you give it in your environment. Review code, provider configuration, data handling and staging tests before activating any sending.

Availability and changes

We may apply reasonable rate and resource limits, suspend abusive activity or pause generation during an outage or budget incident. We aim to preserve access to completed work. If the service is discontinued, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export where practicable.

Responsibility and legal rights

The service is provided subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that drafts will be error-free or achieve a particular business outcome, and we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Refunds and contact

See the refund policy and privacy policy. Contact hi@sequenced.dev for account, purchase or service concerns.
