How to request a refund
Email hi@sequenced.dev from your account email with your product name and purchase reference. A short explanation helps us improve the product; do not send card details or passwords.
What happens next
We review eligible requests and issue approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears. Duplicate charges and purchases we cannot fulfill should be reported promptly so we can resolve them.
Access after a refund
A full refund revokes the associated paid entitlement, including further AI refinements, paid-plan access and agent grants. Your free diagnostic may remain available. Already-downloaded files cannot be recalled.
Your statutory rights
This voluntary 14-day policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. If a mandatory right applies to your purchase, it takes precedence over a conflicting policy term.
